MassageKing.com was launched in 2002 and has become one of the largest Internet retailers in the massage industry. The company now does business in more than 10 countries, and it maintains a customer base of over 50,000 clients. MassageKing.com sells about 2,000 different massage products, including massage tables, chairs, and accessories like music, books, and pillows.

In the beginning, MassageKing.com sold their products primarily through Amazon and eBay, but they wanted to grow their business and so quickly decided to develop their own Web site. However, the original site and the e-commerce system did not produce the results they wanted.
