About Our Leadership

Company founder, Derek Hernandez, started Red Ball Technology while earning a degree in business administration. A self-taught computer expert, Derek focused on designing systems that ran efficiently, securely, and without interruption. Soon after mastering these skills, Derek turned his focus to online businesses and managed to make his clients successful while their competitors without his assistance were failing. Derek has mastered search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) and is now able to bring all of his skills together to provide an all-encompassing technology service to clients.
